LA CROIX AU MAITRE in Coulanges La Vineuse Our accommodation is located in Burgundy, between Paris and Dijon, 15 minutes from Auxerre and 30 minutes from Chablis and Vézelay. In the heart of the wine village of Coulanges-la-Vineuse, our 18th century home offers an independent rental for 2 people with garden and heated pool. The space The rental (35 m²) is located in an independent part of the house. The main entrance is shared with the owners. A 12 m² kitchen on the ground floor offers total independence, no matter how long your stay is (combined microwave oven, induction stove, kettle, toaster, Nespresso and piston coffee maker...). A staircase (small) provides access to the upper floor. Bright and spacious (23 m²), the upstairs bedroom consists of a very comfortable double bed (Queen Size), an open bathroom (towels included) and separate toilet. After a busy day, or on an afternoon when idleness prevails, you can relax and unwind by the heated outdoor pool (6.5 x 3.5 m). Located in an enclosed garden with obvious charm, it is naturally shared with the owners, as are the outdoor spaces. You can enjoy a swim at 26°C from May to September (depending on the weather), in water not treated with chlorine (salt electrolyzer). The pool is protected by a roller shutter. Free Wi-Fi (fiber). TV with Netflix and Canal Plus. Baby equipment is available free of charge upon request (crib and high chair). For cyclists and mountain bikers, bikes can be stored free of charge during your stay. The rental is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Guest access There is no parking on site but there is always space nearby. Parking is available 20 meters away, up or down the street. At most 50 meters away on the church square. Other things to note We do not offer breakfast but you will have at your disposal tea, coffee (ground and pods), butter and jam. We also offer drinks. In the village you will find - several winegrowers - two restaurants - a grocery store that offers basic products, delicatessen, local products, bread and pastries - a local store with processed products (burgers, pizzas...), but always fresh, local and quality.
