Our home is surrounded by our own small Garden where we have Jack fruit, Mango, Banana & some other medicinal trees and plants, you are always welcome to taste the fruits if it is the right season, or just take a walk around it. We have put some beautiful posters from Konark, Puri, and Dhauli in the apartment to showcase the Glory & Pride of Odisha. Near Esplanade Mall, Cuttack Road, Many Temples, Dhauli Giri, Airport, Railway Station, and State Museum. This place has a Separate Private Entrance from the main building. In a Posh locality of Bhubaneswar and a very safe area-the, the whole Unit is Private and not shared with anyone. 3. You get Uber / Ola cabs in minutes. There is also Public transport available. 4. The Kitchen has a Stainless Steel Gas stove, & ( Samsung Refrigerator & Water Purifier from Eureka Forbes Company - is Shared with another apartment and kept at a common location on the same floor ) 5. Palmolive Body Shampoo, Pantene Shampoo & Conditioner, Dettol Handwash, and other cleaning materials 6. Our Home is in the City Center. It is 5.2 km from the airport and 1.5 km from the railway station. Many Major Hospitals, Esplanade Mall ( 1km), Odisha State Museum (3km), Lingaraj Temple (5km), Dhauli Giri (10km), Khandagiri ( 12km), Nandan Kanan Zoo ( 15 km) are a few minutes away. 7. Daikin AC is in the Main Bedroom only & we have a false ceiling which usually keeps the temperature 5-7 degrees low than the usual atmospheric temperature. NOTE: Note - The flat is equipped with a cooking option, with dishes. The guests are requested to clean the dishes and other utensils after use. Leftovers should be kept in the trash can. Leaving the kitchen area in a messed up state will attract a penalty of 100 Dollars. The same will be reported to Airbnb with the claim amount. We do not provide towels. We are taking high-level care for hygiene and cleaning and expect the same from the guests. Near By Cuttack Road. WE AT NO CONDITION KEEP GATES OPEN AFTER 10.00 PM. Guest access The property might be at 1st floor or 2nd Floor , please confirm before booking if you have any such preferences. Other things to note Guests are not allowed to enter the apartment after 10.00 pm. If you will be late for the unavoidable situation, please inform us in advance. Note: We might need access to the apartment place occasionally only if any maintenance is required. But we will inform you in advance. We have installed CCTV surveillance cameras in the common areas for your safety. Smoking inside the premises is strictly prohibited, in the interest of the family environment. This helps us to provide you with a safe, smoke-free & secure environment - please respect it. You can however be allowed to smoke on the balcony & terrace area. Consumption of Alcohol is allowed within the limit which can be handled by the Guest, we strictly don't accept any such disturbance or damage to the place because of excessive alcohol consumption. Please drink alcohol responsibly on our premises. If any such incident happens because of excessive alcohol consumption then we will report the incident to Air BnB & there is a fine of 500 USD. We expect to leave our place clean from our respected guests at the time of Checkout. We are a homestay, so we request our guests to treat the property as their own house/property. We are purely a homestay & request our guests not to expect hotel-like services from us. We provide self-serviced apartments, as we have limited staff & resources. Please book our property if you love to stay & understand homestays. we would love to host you. Covid 19 Rules; We do not provide daily cleaning services. But we will take care of the sanitization of the apartment & property All guests are mandatorily requested to sign guests' safety undertakings at the time of check-in. We will provide bed sheets & pillow covers on weekly basis. We at any time hold right to ask for checkout if guests do not follow the CoVid 19 Rules stated by Govt. of India or are sick and not informing the Govt. officials. We are not providing any towels, as it may increase the risk of spreading the virus. .Its always home away from home
