All registered guest must be listed at the time of reservation. If additional guests come and stay you will be charged $50.00 per additional guests. You may not exceed the number of people specified at the time of booking. No business involving the public or unauthorized guests are permitted. The AirBnB member who booked the house must be present. Check in early and late may occur but an additional fee may be applied. No local residents can stay at the unit. No smoking of any kind.
