MBR has a super comfy posturepedic king size bed & 50” HD Roku TV. 2nd bdrm has full bed with comfy topper, a work space, printer, and 42” HD TV. LR has wood burning FP, 4 bar stools & a large 64” HD TV with sound bar. Kitchen has all you need to whip up fav meals. Outdoor space galore with gas BBQ, dining, seating for all. The space Awesome cabin in the woods, but near it all. Just a mile from dowtown with restaurants, bars and fun exploration. Near hiking, biking, fishing and 4 wheeling. Cozy cabin with upgrades galore, no detail overlooked. Roku tv’s with streaming, high speed internet with netflex, prime ect. It currently has room for 6 guests; MBR 2, 2nd BRM 2, and queen air mattress 2. The outdoor seating area we’ve created is a beautiful space to sit around the camp fire, stare at the stars, bbq or do some s’mores. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, silverware and basic spices to cook. You literally just need to pack your toothbrush and come enjoy the clean mountain air. Easy 90 minute drive from Phoenix area and you can experience a completely different climate and cool laid back small Town vibe. The local restaurants do not disappoint! We love the “Old County Inn“ we think it has the best pizza and wings! There is a small local market store where you can buy any needed supplies and there’s a farmers market on the weekends when in season. There are plenty of games and cards available for your enjoyment - just ask that you leave this so others can enjoy as well. Guest access You’ve got it all. Outdoor dining to seat 6, gas BBQ, electric smoker, firepit, chiminea and loads of outdoor seating for family fun and relaxation. The little cabin that is pictured is not renovated yet - more to come about that. When it is rentable it will be available to upgrade to both for an additional fee - *there will not be 2 different renters on site at same time * Other things to note Be the first to sign our new outdoor USA in God we trust picture on the patio- we would love to have your name and date of visit if you'd like to add it. Car port parking and room for toy hauler. The little cabin is not available at this time to rent - we will let everyone know when it’s available to rent. We do not provide fire wood for INDOOR use- this must be a non-pine type wood. Sold at local stores in town. For outdoor burning there's plenty of wood on property for your use. We do not provide an ax due to safety purposes. Pets- limit 2. We ask that you vacuum daily to keep up with pet hair.
