Private Couples Apartment (~550 sqft) on part of 2nd floor with Lake Michigan views and 100' from Frankfort Public beach. This 1904 house was gutted to the studs and completely restored in 2020/2021. Outside deck and firepit area for guest use. One of the nicest beach towns in Michigan, so you can leave your car in the driveway and walk to the beach, walk to town, or bike the Betsie trail. Full Kitchen and Living Room with a eating table for 4. The living room has a queen size American Leather Comfort Sleeper - the most comfortable sleeper in the industry. Apartment has Central Zoned AC and Heat. It is your own suite with Living Room views of Lake Michigan. 2 adults and 2 children is typical Max. If you have 4 adults, we recommend renting the larger family apartment. Walk up the stairs to your private entrance to the right. Guests have access to 1 parking space in the driveway, and there is free street parking in the city. Other things to note We want to share our house with you so please respect it and other renters and neighbors. Please NO Dogs/Cats and NO Smoking. Apartment has Central Zoned AC and Heat. You have your own thermostat, but this apartment can get cold in summer on hot days if other apartment (that is South facing) AC runs a lot. The couples apartment is North facing and does not get beating sun. But just open up a window to warm up a little if needed. Most of our renters love that it is too cold than too hot in the summer :).
