This room can be set the way you like it...we bought this home in Sept.2020..It has been fully renovated.... and fully equipped....with a huge backyard to relax....we are rarely home so it's yours most of time...it's very quiet..you have two bicycles for you to use..It's a very good place for Yale University staff & students especially West Haven provide shuttle bus to get to.the campus...close to the city center... special offer will be provided for these type of guests . The space it's a characteristic 120 yrs old dollhouse ...2 floor storey and a huge backyard with a 6 feet height fence for privacy... parties are allowed only on Saturday ...!!! Guest access Front door & basement , not to be used for storage... The house is equipped with an ADT alarm for your safety, you must learn how to use it, you'll have a guest code, two functions : arm stay or away ...!!! During your stay Privacy is required when we are home late in the evening..as we are working people from NY....we have no time to socialize...only Sunday....for any concern you may have...if you are alcoholic, you will be reported...Thanks for your kind behaviour... don't bother with changing rules, not for long stay with lots of boxes ..!!! Other things to note During the day, you are free to use anything in the house ... be responsible....you must keep the lights on outside at night, open your windows when you are out to give some fresh air to the room, no light, fans or AC when you're leaving the house for the day ..!!!
