Price advertised is for one guest. A small fee applies for the 2nd guest sharing a room. We wish all of our guests an enjoyable stay. While we understand the need for certain things that a person might be accustomed to, or need, we have to apply strict rules to protect ourselves, our home, and any of our guests from problems that may arise. Please read carefully before making your reservation request. No third party bookings. The guest' name on the reservation is the guest that is expected to be accommodated. Must present ID at time of check-in. No minor under the age of 18 years will be allowed to reserve a room, or accompany a guest by sharing a reserved room. Light Breakfast items available from the host. No special dietary items. You are responsible for making your own breakfast. All other meals are your sole responsibility for purchasing & preparing. Bedrooms are upstairs on the 2nd floor // No wheelchair or handicap accessibility. No pets or animals or mammals or reptiles of any kind. Please inform the host at time of reservation enquiry if you have intentions of bringing any with you. No smoking or vaping inside the house. No use of illegal drugs or medicinal marijuana in or around the property. Strictly No Eating in the bedroom. This is to prevent bugs/critters and creepy crawly creatures in sleeping areas. No visitors unless it's ok'd by the host. This is for the prevention and protection of Covid-19 related infections. Along with the reserved bedroom on the 2nd floor, a separate living room with a TV on the first floor is available for guests' use. The kitchen, the dining room and the back deck areas are shared with the owner. Guest access Must have own transportation. No public transportation nearby. Parking in the driveway for guests. Guests use the front door at all times for entering and leaving the premises. We have a couple bikes available to the guests to use if they'd like to take a ride around the neighborhood. Other things to note A deposit of $100. US in cash per guest is required at the time of check-in. The deposit will be refunded at the time of check-out pending there are no damages or costly accidents to or in the property for the duration of your stay. House keys if lost or damaged will be charged a replacement fee of $25.
