Cozy room in Trudering

This cozy, brightly furnished, approx. 17 m² room with separate kitchen-bathroom is located in the basement of a semi-detached house in Munich-Trudering. Please do not smoke in the entire house. The space The room is equipped with two separate beds (90 × 200 cm), desk, chairs, satellite TV, wardrobe and sofa. The second room includes a shower, sink, toilet and small kitchen with fridge, microwave with oven and grill, 2 hotplates, coffee maker, dishwasher and sink, as well as a table with chairs and a bench. Guest access Public transport: 5-minute walk to the subway station "Trudering" (S4/S6, U2) and 5-minute walk to the subway station "Kreillerstraße" (U2); 2 stops (3-minute drive) to the exhibition center. Downtown is a 15-minute drive. Access to the house is via a keypad. The rooms are accessible by a staircase. Other things to note Please just ask if anything is missing for a pleasant stay.
