Sunset Lake House in Olcott Beach, NY

Welcome to our beautiful home on the lake! You will enjoy a large fenced in patio, where you can enjoy the lake view. Inside is a gas fireplace where you can enjoy a 65 inch TV. A full kitchen and separate dining area make meal time easy. Beautiful Krull Park is steps away along with Lakeview shoppes and Carousel Park. (Please note, some attractions are seasonal). Niagara Falls is just half hour away. Let's not forget the Niagara Wine Trails and golf as well as the world renown fishing. The space The master bedroom offers a king size bed along with a set of bunk beds. The master also offers an outdoor deck with breath taking views of Lake Ontario. The second bedroom is within the master bedroom and has an additional set of bunk beds. The third and fourth bedrooms offer a queen bed in each room. We provide linens and towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven range, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, and drip coffee pot. We also provide dishes and utensils. The dining room has a table that seats eight plus two additional seats at the breakfast counter. There is an additional table that seats four for dining or playing board games. A washer and dryer are also included. Guest access Our house is centrally located in the Hamlet of Olcott, New York. We are in walking distance to several area restaurants, local shops, Marina, Olcott Beach and Krull Park. You will have parking in the garage and driveway as well as free public parking directly across the street. Other things to note Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. For your convenience, we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap and garbage bags to get you through the first couple of days. Guests may need to purchase additional supplies for longer stays.
