This is a great getaway condo to relax directly on the beach. The unit is like a small apartment with one bedroom, one bath, full kitchen and living room. It is on the 3rd floor with an amazing view of the beach and ocean. There is a heated pool, outdoor shower to rinse off when you come back from the beach, and a deck on the walkway to the beach. There is a common space for grilling outside by the pool. King bed in the bedroom, 3 drawers and closet w/ ironing board. Split bathroom w/ toilet and tub/shower separate from sink area. Full kitchen w/ large refrigerator, filtered water, ice maker, 24 inch range and oven, microwave, dishwasher, disposal and sink. Fully stocked w/ plates, glasses, utensils, pots and pans, toaster, and Keurig. Kitchen table for four. The main living room has a large 3 panel sliding door that opens directly onto the beach. Queen size murphy bed with premium mattress. There is a 65 inch smart TV in living room with cable and 43 inch smart TV with cable in the bedroom. The unit is on the 3rd floor and there is NO elevator. All guests must be able to walk up the stairs. There is also a small step down once you enter the unit, please be careful. There is a caution sign on the door as a reminder. Parking is free. There is one spot per unit, unassigned. You must go to the office when you arrive to receive a parking pass to display. Available by phone, email, text, Airbnb messaging. Live locally if needed. There are several local restaurants and marketplaces nearby on 192, A1A, and Ocean Avenue. One parking spot on site in the parking lot. Must check in at front desk upon arrival for parking pass to be displayed from rear view mirror. There is no smoking in the unit. However, smoking is allowed elsewhere on the outside area of the property.
