You have ground floor access to an entrance that welcomes you with its library, two armchairs for relaxation and a dining area. The 6 m2 bathroom and adjoining toilet are independent and private. A traditional staircase gives access to a double bed, a desk, an armchair, a small sofa convertible into a baby bed. You can have breakfast on one of our two terraces not far from the horses or the fish pond. The space With a total area of 42 m2 spread over two levels. The ground floor consists of a living room, bathroom and toilet; all three independent and private. The 24 m2 bedroom is located upstairs. Guest access 1 hour 10 minutes from Paris, 7 km from Center Parcs and 3 km from Verneuil/Avre (Ecole des Roches). Les Loges, a hamlet located on the borders of three departments and close to Verneuil sur Avre, is the perfect base for visiting our top tourist spots. It is also easy to get to Chartres to admire its UNESCO World Heritage Cathedral, to venture on the paths of Perche or to contemplate the beaches of Normandy.
