This peaceful and well-located accommodation offers a stay for 1 to 3 people. It is close to all amenities and 10 minutes drive from the Mediterranean Sea. The swimming pool is available from May to September inclusive, as well as the barbecue and summer kitchen. The pool is not reserved for Airbnb guests, we also have access to it. We guarantee you beautiful moments in our sunny region. Everything is easily accessible to allow you an ideal vacation! The space It is a small quiet house, away from the street so without noise, comprising a small kitchen-living room with sink, fridge and microwave, coffee maker, coffee and tea, kitchen utensils for 4 people (plates, cutlery, glasses, etc.) a folding dining table, a coffee table, a TV, a sofa… 2 bedrooms: one with a large 160 x200 bed and storage and the second is equipped with a single bed and a baby bed (only on request). A bathroom with toilet, sink and shower, soap, shampoo. Sheets, duvets, blankets and pillows are included. Air conditioning available in June, July, August. Summer kitchen with large table, chairs, storage, dishes, induction stove, oven, barbecue... Swimming pool with relaxation area. This accommodation can accommodate 1 to 3 adults, a couple alone or with child and baby (cot and high chair extra and on request when booking, to be paid on arrival €20). Guest access Easy to park. Free street parking It's a very quiet, residential neighborhood. Other things to note We have added a table to this accommodation to be able to eat indoors in the low season as well as a cooking table. This addition can only be used in Low Season.
