The space Quiet, family neighborhood in coveted Midtown Tulsa was platted in 1955. Once a golf course, it has maintained the original trees that have matured providing a canopy of shade throughout the neighborhood. The house has been completely renovated and updated providing a very clean, comfortable stay with all the amenities and just minutes from the mall, shopping, and dining. The beds all have thick, quilted mattress pads, high thread count sheets, high quality pillows, and comforters - providing a touch of luxury during your stay. Extra blankets are available. Beds: One Queen, Two Extra Long Twins, Futon Sofa Bed in the sunroom Guest access One to two cars (parked behind each other) may park in the shared driveway. It is a duplex so the right side is for the guests next door. Street parking is available. Other things to note Use the garage as the main entrance into and out of the home. You will receive the door codes before check-in. Pets are allowed, no more than two. There is a one time $50 pet fee required. They must be supervised at all times even when let out in the backyard. You must pick up after them and keep them off of the furniture and bedding. Food and water bowels and waste pick up bags are provided for your convenience.
