The space You will see a community fee. This is 13% HST + 4% Municipal Accommodation Tax. NO cleaning fees. The house is on top of a hill overlooking Wiarton and Colpoy’s bay. Quiet neighborhood, walking distance to waterfront and local attractions. 3 bedroom home with unique interior designs jungle inspired! Multiple lighting options run on smart lighting. LED lights that change colours, fairy lights and Edison bulbs you can select depending on mood and activities. You'll love relaxing in the soaker tub, many books available if you'd like to bring one with you to the tub. Zen room to meditate or do yoga is available. Coffee and tea provided. For the coffee lovers, there is a Keurig, Nespresso and French Press to choose from. Please pick up milk or cream, as everyone has their own preferences. You will see Foodland on your right when you enter Wiarton. There is also a great little coffee shop called Lost Art Espresso you can walk to from the house in less than five mins! Full of character, local and travel photography, art throughout the home. Beds have all new bedding, mattress protectors, new pillows with protectors as well. Guest access The house is yours to access. There are two locked closets in the master bedroom. However, there is a clothing rack available to hang your clothes. There is a locked shed on the property for storage that is not accessible. Other things to note Interior contents include sentimental pieces. Please enjoy everything with care. The property is not childproof. Children are still welcome, however. *Please note smart home devices operate the living/dining space. I will provide instructions. ** There is no AC in the house, however there are fans provided. The main level is quite cool as the house has big trees over it. ** Please respect our neighbours, community and the environment. Small communities/towns are unique and special because of the people! **Do not lean on bamboo structure in living space** **The Wiarton gas station has closed. Fun place to take boardwalk photos.
