Cozy cottage with indoor fireplace

Beautiful, unique and quiet 4-season chalet for nature lovers. Located just 10 minutes from Lake Témiscouata and 20 minutes from Lake Pohénégamook. The chalet is located on a large wooded lot, offering a great view of the mountain and the surroundings. In winter, the snowmobile trails are only 5 minutes from the place. For an evening fondue, a stove is available on site. It is also equipped with an indoor fireplace. The space For the indoor fireplace we provide wood 🪵 Note that the cottage has only one bedroom which contains 1 double bed and 1 single bed which is on the second floor. We also have a sofa bed for 2 people on the ground floor. Guest access The entire cottage except the basement Other things to note In winter you can bring your snowshoes or cross-country skis because we have a huge plot at the back of the chalet to do it. Please collect your waste and recycling and place it in the bin provided for this purpose outside. Also, clean and put away your dishes before you leave! Then we have a Tassico and piston coffee machine but unfortunately I don't provide the cups and ground coffee! Note that the water has a slight smell of sulfur but is drinkable.
