Relax in front of the 4K Smart TV complete with Sky, or dig out some of our locally inspired board games (our favourite is Lakes Monopoly!) and settle down for a cozy night in with your choice of worldwide cuisines from one of our many local takeaways. Indulge with our luxury toiletries before heading out for a delicious meal in one of the towns 5* reviewed restaurants and pubs, why not enjoy a cocktail or two before heading back to enjoy watching the hustle and bustle of the town below from our Penthouse apartment sat amongst the chimney tops. Guest access Guests will have access to both bedrooms, shower room, bathroom, kitchen and living room. The Penthouse apartment is located on the second floor of the building. Access to the apartment is up two flights of stairs. Other things to note Receive a 15% discount when booking 3 nights. Receive a 16% discount when booking 4 nights. Receive a 17% discount when booking 5 nights. Receive a 18% discount when booking 6 nights. Receive a 19% discount when booking 7 nights. Receive a 20% discount when booking 28 nights or more. If you're travelling to us in a vehicle, our parking permit can be used to park one vehicle in No.2 New Road car park just 100m up the way from our apartment entrance. It can also be used in a selection of other local short stay South Lakeland District car parks you may choose to visit. If you require the use of the parking permit during your stay, you can collect this from Chocolat in Kirkby Lonsdale (the shop directly below the Penthouse) between the hours of 10am and 5pm, 7 days a week. We require a fully refundable £60 cash deposit on collection of the permit (this amount covers the exact cost of a replacement permit, should it go missing). Once the permit is returned to Chocolat in Kirkby Lonsdale at the end of your stay, you will be given a refund in full. Should you lose or take the permit home, your deposit monies will be used to replace the permit.
