A delightful ground floor apartment ideally located in central Totnes, just a stones throw from the main high street where the local shops, bars, restaurants & amenities are located. There's one generously sized double bedroom, equipped with wardrobe, good sized bathroom with shower and a very nice open planned lounge, diner, kitchen. Outside is a small garden that adjoins a communal area with table, chairs and a seating bench. Less than 3 hours on the train from London and a 10 minute walk from the platform to the front door. Bed will be made with fresh linen, towels and the kitchen will be supplied with t-towels and a sundry pack. A starter supply of toilet rolls and hand soap available in the bathroom. Nearby beaches Paignton, Torquay and Blackpool Sands with the very nice towns of Dartmouth and Salcombe only a 15 and 25 minute drive from the property. Parking is limited to a car park that's just 100 yards away for short and medium term and a 10 minute walk to the more longer term stays at Steamer Quay. On both counts the Ringo App can be sued to make life easier. You can pull up on the road outside to unload but car parking is via a main car park that’s RingGo operated just 100 yards from the door and long term parking at Steamer Quay, just a 10 minute walk away.
