It’s a first floor apartment in a duplex. Our recently renovated (winter 2025) home has been set up to anticipate your needs. We have an extra large porch with outdoor seating and a propane grill for guest use. We love hosting well behaved pets! Street parking only - the property doesn’t have a driveway. The space Newly renovated with a head turning transitional design. We tried to keep the charm of an original 100 years old house and make it cozy and comfortable. Boasting 65 inch TV with a large sectional couch and 2 additional chairs in the living room, a massive front porch with outdoor seating and grill (warm months). We hope you will feel right at home quickly, so you can start relaxing and make the most of your time away. Guest access We have tons of free and well lit street parking directly in front of the home. Located a 5 minute walk from Broadway (our main street) on a safe street across from the elementary school. Other things to note Please note that our check-in time is any time after 4pm. Check out time is 11am sharp.
