The space Please note: Host will be present on the property in a separate space with separate entrance, and spaces will not be shared between guests and host. Host will be overseeing the property upkeep (pool/lawn maintenance, chicken care, garden care, etc.). Main Level of the house: There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, television with Premium Cable/streaming services, and bathroom with jacuzzi tub and separate stand-up shower. The children’s bedroom has twin bunk and trundle, window seat (vineyard view), desk, small reading sofa, and many books to enjoy. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. All bedrooms have ample closet space. Hall bathroom has a shower/tub. Open living/dining/kitchen (dining table seats 10). LR has gas fireplace and piano. Kitchen/LR have sliding doors out to deck. There is also a mud room with a washer/dryer for guest use. Lower Level: There is a home theater with a 12ft screen and built in surround sound, Premium Cable and streaming services. There are reclining leather seats (stadium seating) and there is a popcorn machine for movie nights! The lower level also features a library/home office alcove, many games and toys for kids, a 4th bedroom with queen bed, a full bathroom, and a sleeping alcove with a queen Murphy bed. There is high-speed internet throughout the house as well as central air conditioning and heat. The backyard features a salt-water, in-ground pool with nighttime lighting; a fire pit; a large deck with electric retractable awnings; a barbecue grill; a children’s playground; an enclosed flower garden; and a large chicken coop. Our hens and roos are friendly and love visits (and treats!). Guest access Guests have exclusive access to both levels of the main home, the laundry room, and to the backyard, pool, playground, large back deck, fire pit, and barbecue grill. We provide fire wood and propane for guests. Landscapers and pool cleaner will be in the yard once a week. Other things to note While our home sleeps 11, it is set up for 8 adults max (plus children). The children’s bedroom has three twin beds, one of which is a top bunk. The two bunk beds (upper and lower) have safety bed rails installed, making them more suitable for children than adults. The third bed is a pull-out trundle. We are happy to provide a crib on request.
