To that effect, we provide: - Inverter, AC, wardrobe, hangers - Iron, torch, washing machine, barbecue kit - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Secured parking space for up to 1 car The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 3 spacious bedrooms, adorned with evocative works, antiquities and sculptural art. 1 bedroom is on the observatory level and 2 bedrooms are on the garden level. - All bedrooms offer an array of amenities including an AC and an electric kettle. - Each bedroom offers a tranquil view, ideal for refresh you as you relish your morning cup of coffee. - The bedroom on the ground floor also offers a king-sized bed and an attached balcony overlooking the gorgeous hills of Lavasa. - Both bedrooms on the lower ground floor offer a queen-sized bed and open up to the patio, complete with plastic upholstered chairs and tables. - All the bedrooms are equipped with an ensuite bathroom. BATHROOMS - There are 3 ensuite bathrooms and 1 common bathroom for the staff. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. INDOOR AREAS - It is furnished with an antique desk and chaise, ancestral sofas. - There are 2 expansive living rooms, boasting collector’s items and rare original pieces. 1 living room is on the observatory level, while the other is on the garden level. - The living room on the observatory level boasts a melange of eclectic pieces, antique furniture and classic pieces which are reminiscent of the palace era of India. - It offers sofa-style seating for up to 8 people, AC, a wired music system and a wired CCTV camera. - The dining area features a pure rosewood dining table. It depicts 4 dragons in a state of repose with their wings holding up the glass of the table. It can seat up to 8 people. - The living area on the garden level boasts a wall-sized distressed painting, a Turkish lamp and various art pieces. - It is equipped with ample seating arrangements, a wired music system, and a CCTV camera. - The stairway leading down to the garden level is an art gallery, in teals and cobalts, with ancient Tibetan Thanka art and art from Thanjavur. - Guests can pick out a book to read from the library, featuring an array of classics and bestsellers. OUTDOOR AREAS - The stunning living rooms and dining area opens up to the dinner garden on one side and the conservatory on the other.  - The conservatory overlooks the surrounding verdant greenery, hills and valleys, and has a greenhouse roof, collapsible umbrella, and outdoor furnishings, ideal for an alfresco dining experience.  - The cosy dinner garden is adorned with varied potted plants.  - The garden is beautifully landscaped and planted with diverse plants, carefully sourced and curated.  -  Guests can indulge in various outdoor activities near the property including ATV rides, zipline, paintball, air-rifle shooting, cycling, archery and boating. KITCHEN - Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes and to make tea and coffee but not for elaborate cooking. - It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster, induction plate and a mixer-grinder. - Crockery and cutlery are also available. FOOD - Food can be arranged from outside, on request at an additional cost. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff. HANDPICKED EXPERIENCES Every wall, corner and nook adorned with artefacts, evocative art pieces and antiques, this home is a homage to an art gallery. Guests can admire the ancient sculptural art, paintings, and traverse through various periods of time. Pick out a book to read in the various lounge-worthy nooks spread throughout the home, from the stocked bookshelves. Soak in the golden sun rays that spangle the living and dining area. Binge your favourite movies in the den. Play indoor games like cards and ludo. When outdoors, relish an alfresco feast in the conservatory. The greenhouse roof allows you to enjoy a soothing night of stargazing and is an ideal entertainment space. Set up the collapsible umbrella during the monsoons and devour the splendid landscapes surrounding you. Head down to the garden, and enjoy a delectable barbecue meal under the floral tree. The patio, furnished with plastic upholstered chairs and a table serves as an ideal spot to savour the morning cup of tea. Enjoy an elaborate picnic, that can be arranged at an additional cost. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - Kindly note, StayVista reserves the right to deny a booking. - The stay is a part of a gated community. - Guests are requested to not touch the art pieces, antiques, and sculptures. - This is not a pet-friendly property. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the living rooms and external areas for security purposes. - In case of a power outage, the inverter can support all the appliances except for the ACs for up to 5 hours. - The staff stays on the premises of the same property. - Mobile networks such as Jio work fairly well here.
