Near Darmstadt in a small cottage, factory building

9 km away from Darmstadt. Authentic atmosphere, nice countryside. A small river crosses the yard. On a bridge you may seat and make a barbecue. On the property is also a restaurant with gallery and a small arts and crafts center. Guest access You have a small own house which had been formerly the heating house of the noddle factory. Now you have in two levels a kitchen with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, a bathroom with shower, a part with (sleeping)couch (1,50m x 2,00m), an arm chair, tv and in the second level a bed (1,80 x 2,00 m). In summer you also may sit outside. Other things to note People living here are quite calm and friendly and they wish the same from you. Neighbourhood don`t like it very loud. So please respect them. We don`t like loud parties or music but we are glad to sit with you talking, have a drink, eat something or whatever just comes.
