Conducive for nature lovers and sanctuary for birds. Get closer to nature on the easily accessible numerous walking trails around Fraser's Hill cool refreshing hidden gems. Must come and give oneself a relax and mind calming experience. The space Our apartment (With WIFI connection) is the perfect location for a romantic and family getaway holiday. We have another unit directly below within same block (Little England B8-3). It located near town center. Restaurant and hawkers store is all nearby. It only take less than 5 minutes drive or 15-20 minutes walk from clock tower to the accommodation. In our home, you will have full access to the following: 2 bedrooms equipped with 2 queen size beds and 2 single bed. Clean bedding are provided. 2 bathroom include with water heater, hair dryer, bath towels, toilet paper, shampoo and body shower foam are provided Parking spaces are available. Entertainment such as flat screen TV ( Astro NJOI) with HDMI capabilities provided. Full kitchen facilities with the following :- . Fridge . Microwave oven . Water Filter . Small Toaster Oven . Electric Kettle . Rice Cooker . Electric induction cooker . Stove . Frying Pan, ladle, spatula . Basic cooking pots . Cutleries, glasses, plates, bowls . Extension cord . Basic kitchen utensils such as can opener, knifes, scissors, peeler, chopping board, steam rack, plastic colander etc . Basic cleaning equipment such as dish soap, cloths, broom and dustpan. And most importantly, you will have a balcony to sit back, relax and admire the stunning landscape from the peaceful setting of our home . COMMUNAL BBQ PIT : All BBQ activities at the apartment outdoor terrace, including guest own BBQ electric grill is not permitted due to fire hazards & cleanliness issue. Guests can book the building management's communal BBQ pit at the price of RM70 per use on a first come first serve basis. Guests are require to bring own BBQ net / skewers & charcoal if they want to use the communal BBQ pit. Size of Pit Opening: 350MM x 1000MM Size of BBQ Table: 813MM x 1219MM NOTE: You can buy 2 pieces of the 400 X 500MM grill nets. It should fit nicely. Guest access The common activities at Fraser Hill is jungle tracking. There are few trail available, you may choose a family trail which is short in distance and safe eg Hemmant Trail. The trail distance is only 1 km long, cutting across the hill by the golf course, well marked out Good place to relax. Encourage for family gathering, school reunion etc Ideal place for bird lover Other things to note Weather Temperatures range between 18 – 25 degrees Celsius depending on the time of the year. It is typically colder at night, especially at the end of the year (the closest you get to winter in Malaysia). So we advice to bring some thick clothing such as jacket/sweater. As it is usually cold, the property does not have air conditioning. Quiet Environment This is a private and non-smoking apartment, no "in house" party is allowed. Kindly lower down the noise especially after 11pm. Parking Guests will be provided with 2 car access cards to enter the apartment compound. (To park at yellow box). A penalty of RM 200 will be charged for any lost access cards or keys. Bathing Please allow 15 mins for water heater to generate hot water after the 2nd user done shower due to cold weather in Fraser. (Normal shower usage) Cleaning Our cleaning service will be done before and after your stay. During you stay, we encourage you to take care of garbage removal and basic cleanings.
