The building offers elevator access to the second floor, making arrival with luggage easy, and plenty of free parking is available directly in front of the building. Community amenities are shared with other residents and guests and are subject to HOA rules and seasonal availability. Other things to note To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please review and follow these house rules: • No pets allowed • No parties or events • Maximum occupancy must be adhered to at all times • Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM • No smoking or vaping inside the condo or on the balcony • No trailers, watercraft, motorcycles, buses, or motor homes are permitted anywhere on Magnolia Pointe properties • Pools are currently closed but will open on April 1 Violation of these rules may result in additional fees or removal from the property without a refund, in accordance with Airbnb policies. Security & Guest Verification This property complies with local regulations, which include completing a rental agreement, ID verification, and a refundable security hold (pending only, not a charge). Guests may opt for a $49 non-refundable damage waiver, with an additional $3 per day for stays longer than 10 nights.
