Quiet country ranch house/hunting lodge near lake

Ranch style house just outside town of Franklin. Beautiful country view from front porch. Huge yard, lots of parking. Spacious home with lots of room for large groups. Two car garage. Rustic country charm in a very quiet location. Nicely furnished, cozy and comfortable. Kitchen is equipped with dishes, pots and pans and small appliances. Washer and dryer on site for guest use. Outdoor dog kennels available for hunters upon request. The space Our ranch house/hunting lodge is close to town but far enough into the country to offer great starry skies at night, a beautiful front porch sunrise and lots pf peace and quiet. Comfortable house with modern appliances and convenience paired with simple/quiet country atmosphere. Tastefully decorated. Comfortable beds. Quality dishes and pots and pans. Four bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and ample living/common areas. Front porch is a great place to have a nice cup of coffee in the morning or a cold beverage in the evening. Town of Franklin is only 3-5 minutes away, city of Kearney is 50 minutes, Harlan Lake reservoir is 20 minutes and historic town of Red Cloud is only 25 minutes. Guest access Our guests have access to the entire house as well as the front and back yard. There are animals (calves, donkeys, pigs) pastured across the road. We ask that our guests refrain from feeding or touching them, they do not belong to us. There are horses in a pasture south of the house. Please do not pet or feed, also the fence is hot or running an electric current so do not touch. Other things to note Please take note that guests bringing pets will be reported to Air BnB, asked to vacate immediately with no refunds given and charged/fined for cleaning and damages, a minimum of $1000. We have a zero tolerance policy for pets!!!!! Also please note that any guests smoking in our home will be reported to Air BnB and charged for cleaning and damages, minimum $1000 charge. Guests bringing more guests to the home than agreed to in reservation will be immediately reported to Air BnB and asked to leave and no refunds given. The number of guests entering the property is recorded and monitored.
