Cottage in Arkport

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. 45 minutes to three finger lakes, 60 minutes to Rochester, 40 to Corning. Little house with all the basics. Full kitchen, laundry, three full beds, sun room, shower bathroom. Great for a night away or monthly rentals. Dogs are in the yard at times, although the cottage is pet free. The space A sweet cottage with a private driveway and carport. Living room, one bedroom downstairs and two connected in upstairs, three season sunroom. Guest access Guest have access to private driveway and carport. Other things to note There is no WiFi. internet from cellular data only. The television has lightening cord for streaming from your cellular plans only. There is no cable or satellite. It is thoroughly cleaned after each guest leaves, however it is a country place:cluster flies, insects and little creatures do sneak in. I do not want people to be surprised by insect and mouse traps.
