This house sleeps 4 guests max! Enjoy a stylish stay at this centrally-located home. Modern amenities! 5 hospitals close by. Located in a safe, quiet area. The interior features 3 nice bedrooms & 2 full baths. There’s a front deck, high vaulted ceilings in the interior and great natural light. It’s 8 mins away from Creve Coeur trails. 20 mins from Central West End dining, 15 mins from Old Town St. Charles. Great location! 15 mins from Clayton. The space This is a smoke free property. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in guests behind asks to leave the property. Other things to note Please note - this house sleeps 4 guests comfortably. There is a fee for adding a fifth guest and a fifth guest must be added to the reservation, and the host must be informed prior to the 5th guests arrival. The fee is $45 per night. There are only 3 beds in my house. 1 Queen (which two people could share) 1 full bed (also two small people could share and 1 twin. One lounge chair upstairs reclines and into a small sleeping bed if needed (best for small people due to its size, please note that this futon is not a proper beds and may not be as comfortable as a regular mattress. I want to make you aware of that. You can see all of the sleeping arrangements in the attached pictures. For extended stays over two weeks (14 days) in length guests are required to have their own sleeping room. For example, if there are 4 guests requesting to stay ( who are not sleeping together in the same room as couples) then I am not able to accommodate 4 individual guests long term over 30 days since the house is only a 3 bedroom house. Each guest staying is required to have their own room. I’m not able to accommodate a 4th guest on the loft futon for over 14 days as this living situation would be problematic and not comfortable long term.
