Our property in BBR is in a perfect location at the heart of the ranch and near to the main Glaze Meadow Recreation Center with indoor and outdoor pools, hot-tub, gym, yoga, bike/ski hire, children's play area, tennis courts, pickle ball courts and shop. Also, we are just off hole 7 of the Glaze Meadow golf course. The whole house is yours and the deck which has a BBQ, two dining tables and lots of lounge chairs for relaxing. We have two hammocks installed outside. We have a double garage where we have a table tennis table, games and wood for the fire. We have a cleaner who will come in after your visit. Black Butte Ranch Resort fees Visitors to the Ranch are charged a fee that covers the use of all the beautiful facilities at Black Butte; pools, tennis, pickleball and basketball courts and the Rec Barn. From Jan 1 2024 12% of the rental and paid by myself to the Ranch. They will no longer be collecting this fee when guests check in to make it a quicker check in process. I will therefore be in touch before you arrive and will need this paid before we send all the check in and access info.
