Located in a quiet family residential area on a small lake but close to great shopping and restaurants at Friendly Shopping Center, the Greensboro Coliseum and Aquatic Center and Area Colleges. Great walking/running trail one block away. The space RENOVATED in 2024 cozy, comfortable, clean and peaceful . Guest access You have a private guest room with queen size bed and day bed, sitting area, desk area, bath and kitchenette ( mini fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee maker). The suite is accessed through a private entrance located on the back side of our home from the deck area. You are welcome to use the backyard and deck area.( the Hot Tub is currently unavailable to our guests.) Other things to note Please be aware that you will use a stone pathway around our house and into the backyard amd also climb a few steps up to our deck to access the entrance to our Airbnb. We do have two smaller dogs(an older dog who is slowing down and barely ever barks and a recent rescue that we are working with still but barks rarely) The small lake in our backyard is a concern around small children and non-swimmers.
