Amenities include, 2 pools, gym, bocce, tennis courts. Located on Hutchinson Island. Hutchinson island horse back riding on the beach 10 minute drive. Other things to note Once you are booked, a condo application form will be sent to you. The association charges $150 to approve guests. Guest responsible for payment directly to condo.
