Stylish old building apartment in lively neighborhood

The apartment is located in the lively Schwanthalerhöhe in the middle of bars, restaurants and small boutiques and is quiet and relaxing despite the buzzy environment. It was lovingly renovated in September 2021, equipped with many stylish furnishing details and the kitchen is mostly brand new. You can expect a young apartment to work, go out and enjoy Munich from its best sides. The space My 38 sqm apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a traditional Munich old building with high ceilings. I have recently completely renovated it with lots of new furniture, new floors, etc. The kitchen is fully equipped up to the sandwich maker. The home office area includes a height adjustable desk, an ergonomic office chair and an external monitor to connect your laptops. Printer/scanner is also available. What you need to know is that the toilet is not directly in the apartment, but a few steps down the hall. Only the guests of my apartment use it and the key is only accessible to them. If you don't like it, I am sure you will find another apartment, maybe not as retro-chic as mine, but I just want my guests to know this rather unusual detail and be okay with it.
