A pool mirrors the outdoor living space and offers guests endless hours of fun and relaxation in the tropical sun. The home is located just 5 minutes from the heart of Coral Bay (restaurants & grocery stores) and 20 minutes to popular beaches! Guest access Please know that rates are adjusted based on number of guests and bedrooms used. Please book using the appropriate number of guests traveling so the correct rate can be calculated. Bedrooms are based on double occupancy. Please request extra bedrooms. If the right information is not given to us at the time of booking guests run the risk of either not having access to all of the bedrooms or being charged accordingly at time of arrival. Other things to note Maintenance & operations: We are not responsible for mechanical failures of non-essential or luxury items, including, but not limited to television, wifi, satellite/cable service, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Air Conditioning, pools or any other appliance that fails to operate properly during your stay. No refunds will be issued for minor disruptions of any utilities or appliance including, but not limited to, power outages, water outages, telephone service, etc. Please note that this home does have solar and backup batteries to run the home in the event of a power outage. Please report inoperative equipment right away and we will make every effort to have repairs done as quickly as possible during reasonable hours. Speed of service cannot be guaranteed due to our reliance on island services, repair and utility companies. Cancellation policy: In the event you are forced to cancel, we will make every effort to re-book your villa for a 15% service charge. However, no deposits will be refunded unless a replacement rental is obtained. We may be able to reschedule your visit to another time slot in the future. Refund arrangements can largely depend on the amount of notice given to us of the cancellation, and on the time of year. For peace of mind, we recommend purchasing travelers’ insurance. No refunds will be given for early departure unless there is a serious problem that cannot be cured within 24 hours or causes the guest extreme discomfort or serious inconvenience.
