Enjoy your time with friends and family on your oversized deck that includes a Propane Gas Fire Pit, BBQ Grill, String Lights, stools and a bar that span the entire width of the deck, a brand new 6-Seater 32-Jet Hot Tub with LED lights, lounge chair, and 2 waterfall fountains, all while surrounded by beautiful views of the forest + peek-a-boo view of the slopes that is lit up with lights in winter nights! The Master Suite includes a KING bed with a gas fireplace for the winter and modern ceiling fan for the warmer summer months. The Master bathroom has been newly renovated with a HUGE 16" rainfall shower head. The downstairs bedroom features a firm yet comfortable QUEEN mattress. Located in the bedroom closet is a stacked washer and dryer for convenience. The downstairs bathroom is also fully renovated, spa inspired, and features a new shower and bidet for your comfort. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed, smart ROKU TV, and a single bed decorated as a day bed that easily converts into an additional sleeping area with an awesome view of lush pine trees. The kitchen features open shelving for easy access and a bar + stools for entertaining. It's fully equipped with a Gas Stove/Oven, Air Fryer, Toaster, Ice Coffee Maker, Keurig Coffee Machine, Crock Pot, Blender, and Rice Cooker for chefs of all levels. We also have both porcelain and plastic plates + bowls. The bar is made of authentic teak wood with bar seating. The dining area has ample seating for all. All rooms have a smart TV with included popular streaming services: HBO Max, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, YouTube, Spotify, ESPN+. Please do not purchase or rent any additional content. We happily invite your furry family, however we do charge a $100 per dog per stay fee (2 dogs maximum). This is what our housekeepers charge to deep clean, manage the fur and other cleanups. The oversized deck wraps around the property, has a 3' railing, and has 3 gates (2 leading out and 1 closing off the upper deck). We provide dog bowls, a doggie gate, doggie bags, and sometimes toys and treats. We ask that dogs well behaved, potty trained, not allowed on the furniture, not left unattended (especially on the decks), and must be kept on leashes outside of the property (Big Bear is in the national forest and there is wildlife and wild animals!). TESLA/EV Charging - Please plan on bringing your power cord and adapter. Our outlet is 14-50R and we have a cord on site. It is a flat fee of $40 to charge your vehicle(s). PLEASE READ THE HOT TUB INFO: The hot tub maintenance person services the spa on before every stay to ensure cleanliness. If agreed upon and are arriving before our standard check-in time or are granted an extended check-out time, expect to see someone working on the water. Hot tub use is at your own risk. Please take care and responsibility when using the hot tub. Please do not allow minors to use the hot tub without adult supervision. Changing the temperature of the tub is against our rules. Please note there is no guaranteed temperature for the hot tub. We are not responsible if previous guests have changed the temperature or if fresh water was recently added to the tub making it not as hot. The tub does take time to heat back up when this happens. Hot tub temperatures may vary as the tub maintenance person refreshes/replaces the water often. We do occasionally have technical issues with our hot tub, so please keep this in mind while booking. Though these issues are rare, if hot tub temperature is not to your liking or is not working, we do not provide refunds for your stay. While it is cleaned before every stay, the tub may occasionally have pine needles or debris in it from high winds. When the jacuzzi is running with the lid on, some chlorine residue might form on the sides. This can be eliminated by running the jets with the lid removed to allow proper evaporation. Please note that the spa cleaners do service before EVERY check-in and that the tub is at the proper pH and cleanliness level. The lid should be on at ALL times when not in use to ensure the heat remains. To ensure spa water clarity during the duration of your stay, please shower and rinse off body oils and lotions before entering a spa. These products can make the water foam and make it look unpleasant. Oil can also react with some of the chemicals added to the spa, which can make the water cloudy. If the water is noticeably cloudy or dirty, a $100 fee will apply. FUN FACT: Camp Hope is named after a fictional camp in the Disney movie Heavyweights. The cabin backs the forest and an actual campground with cabins and a meditation center (quiet time is priority number 1) - please do not disturb or wander onto their property as it is very tranquil and ultra private! There are several public hikes in Big Bear nearby. SECURITY CAMERAS: We have exterior facing cameras for security and to verify guest counts and are only there for the safety of the property and our guests. Overcrowding is dangerous and illegal and may result in immediate eviction without refund. Guest access Easy access to the property with codes to enter & exit. We can occasionally grant early check-in and check-out with an additional fee, feel free to ask! Neighborhood is mostly flat and easily accessible from Big Bear Blvd. Absolutely no street parking, especially in the winter time as street plowing will occur. We are not responsible for tickets. Our driveway is on a slope - please take care parking and walking up and down the stairs. Areas may be slippery when wet! We do provide two sets of wheel chocks to prevent vehicles from sliding down the driveway. Other things to note Our cabin and driveway are located on a slope. We ask that all guests must be in good health and must walk up several stairs to get to the front door of the cabin. PLEASE take extra care walking up and down the stairs at all times! Especially when it wet / raining / snowing as it may be ICY. We are not responsible for any slips, falls or injuries while at our cabin. Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a penalty at $50 per person per night, $100 per dog per night. $40 flat to charge your Tesla. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy of 6 guests. Guests totals may be verified via external facing cameras.
