Leben in the historic center of Oroseis

Simple, quiet apartment on the 1st floor of a house in the Centro Storico Oroseis. It is located in a small side street through which the 'pilgrimage route' of tourists interested in history passes, but is frequented by few cars. The apartment consists of a kitchen-living room, a shaded space, 2 bedrooms, a toilet with washing facilities and a 2nd toilet with shower. The space In summer, our guests usually prefer to sit outside in the shade. Especially in the evening, the climate there is much more pleasant than in the kitchen-living room. You sit about 3 meters above the street, little visible, as the vine overgrows this place, but can look down on the street and the square and enjoy the summer atmosphere. Since the street is part of the centro storico, you will be taken into the summer tourist hustle and bustle of the place without car noise and stench. The living room with kitchen is very bright due to its glass front. In the off-peak times of the season, it is pleasantly warm. Guest access We enter the house through the same gate. Behind the gate is a courtyard with an outdoor shower that everyone should use when coming from the sea (because of the sand and the resulting threat of clogging the drains.) All the rooms that can be reached from the cortile below are ours. The guest apartment is then located on the first floor. With the exception of one room that is also upstairs and is sometimes used by us as a guest room for our private guests, the entire upper area belongs to the guest apartment. Other things to note Since our house has a courtyard that we enter through a common gate with our guests, we are interested in who is inquiring with us and ask the interested parties to introduce themselves. We prefer families with children, because the small courtyard with gate offers a certain amount of space to move, but also protection. In addition, we want to make our rather inexpensive apartment available to those who have to budget their money more tightly. We have a PV system that gives us electricity for free on sunny days. However, if you want to air-condition overnight (6:00 pm to 8:00 am), you must pay an extra€/night surcharge.
