The space Perched on the 6th floor of a contemporary building utilizing geothermal heating and cooling, our fully-equipped apartment at 1094 Márton Street 14 ensures a modern and comfortable stay. Consisting of a living room, bedroom, kitchen, terrace, and a well-appointed bathroom, it provides all the essentials for a seamless experience. Park your car in the condominium’s underground garage, accommodating vehicles up to 2.05 meters, and effortlessly explore the city via public transport. For added convenience, easy travel options from Liszt Ferenc Airport are available (45-50mins with public transport and 25mins with taxi). The bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a comfortable double-size bed, blackout curtains, and ample storage. The ergonomic kitchen features top-notch appliances, including a fridge, dishwasher, glass ceramic hob, microwave, and oven. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, washing machine, and complimentary amenities. Enjoy a restful stay with fresh linens, towels, and thoughtful details, including a hairdryer and ironing facilities. Welcome to a sophisticated and convenient urban haven! Guest access You can use the entire apartment and the free parking slot in the underground garage. Guests can go directly from the garage to the apartment using the elevator. Public transport stops are in 5 min walk in every direction. Other things to note Please note that our apartment does not feature conventional air conditioning. However, we do have a geothermal cooling system in place to ensure a comfortable and eco-friendly environment for our guests. Please be advised that from the 1st of September 2021, as per Hungarian regulations, all hosts have to scan the guests passports (from EU countries ID cards are also acceptable) on arrival with a dedicated mobile appilcation.
