New house 20 minutes from the beaches in Brittany

Our house is new and has 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6 people. We offer check-in from 9 a.m. and check-out until 3 p.m. Our house is located in a residential area 10 minutes walk from the city center and all amenities (restaurants, cinema, shops, park, etc.) Landivisiau is a small, quiet town, ideally located to visit Brittany (20 minutes by car from the beaches and close to the main points of interest in northern Finistère). The space Our house has a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, a living room with TV, coffee table and sofa, a large terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue, a small garden. It also has a bedroom on the ground floor with a small private bathroom with direct access to the terrace. Upstairs: 2 double bedrooms with desk, a bathroom and a separate toilet. upstairs We lock the 3rd bedroom upstairs for our personal business as well as the garage 2 private parking spaces in front of the house and other possible spaces on the street.
