This perfectly located historic home is the ideal central base to sample Bellingen's fabulous restaurants, enjoy a romantic getaway or explore the many delights of the Bellinger Valley. The cottage is a level and leisurely three to five-minute stroll from the centre of gorgeous Bellingen. The space This much-loved cottage has retained its historic character and charm, and benefits from an array of spaces to rest, read and recharge and a delightful sunny secluded garden. The 2 queen-sized bedrooms are at the front of the house, leading through to the dining and lounge rooms, the character filled kitchen then leads through to the sympathetically renovated bathroom and blissful north facing verandah. The cottage also benefits from bonus spaces created by the enclosed original verandahs, including an office space. We have fibre to the curb NBN which generally provides fast internet in the house. The north-facing European-inspired garden provides space to sit and relax, read a book, have a coffee or a glass of wine and enjoy the country air and take in the beautiful outlook. This renovated cottage has a variety of antique furnishings and fixtures that embrace its history, while the bathroom has been recently renovated and provides a touch of modern luxury. There is a reverse-cycle air conditioner located in the living room as well as a wood fire for the winter. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans , electric radiators and electric blankets (in winter). The dining room and kitchen also have ceiling fans. Rosemary Cottage is the perfect base to explore the areas fabulous walking tracks, waterfalls, rivers, beaches, shopping, restaurants, attend a wedding or just relax with a glass of wine and a book. Guest access Guests have sole access to Rosemary Cottage and its garden. Closest EV charger is at Three Blue Ducks Restaurant (2 minutes drive away) Other things to note *Due to the nature of some of the fixtures and fittings (as well having 7 doors to the outside), our cottage is not suitable for young children (approx under 8). *We have lovely neighbours and we ask guests to be respectful of them and refrain from parties or disturbing the peace. *We understand accidents happen and ask guests to disclose any damages or breakages. Guests are welcome to replace like for like, or pay for replacement. *While NBN to the curb is provided to the property and it is usually very fast, we are unable to guarantee its reliability as Bellingen experiences connection difficulties at times. *Hot water is from a large storage system which reheats overnight.
