A sun umbrella lives in the garage but can be brought out for sunny days. Two bedrooms both get the morning sun and have heating panels for cosy nights. There is a study desk area in the main bedroom There are tvs in main bed, plus living room and nbn wifi throughout. Dining living and full kitchen work together to make relaxing easy Lots of walks to do nearby along Canadian creek to the CBD or go further and walk Lake Wendouree - 5 mins drive. The wallaby track in nearby Black Hill brings you straight into the bush setting. Well behaved pets are welcomed too.
