Parking pass must be returned to condo after your stay or you will be charged a $100 replacement fee. Please keep in mind this is a second floor condo, with stair access only, there is no elevator. What is provided: Fully stocked kitchen, all bed linens, bath towels and beginner toiletries, hair dryer, Ironing board, 2 pool towels, 1 trash can liner, full-size furnished kitchen and appliances, fridge has ice maker, cooking utensils, pots, pans and dinnerware, 1 roll of paper towels, kitchen sponge with dishsoap and 2 dishwasher tabs, smart tv with cable, free wifi, clothes drying rack, Keurig and coffee pot. The closest grocery store is 1 mile from the property, so you can pick up things like: extra trash bags, groceries, spices for cooking like salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil, Keurig pods, additional toilet paper and paper towels, laundry soap for the coin laundry. I mention these essentials because, in my own experience, they are easy to forget when grocery shopping on vacation. Free parking for 1 CAR ONLY and must present parking pass on dash board or your car may be towed. Indian Shores, is along the blue green Gulf of Mexico waters. It is close to the action of Clearwater, Tampa and St Pete, but far enough away to enjoy the peace and tranquility of uncrowded beaches. It is home to the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Mini Golf with gators at Smugglers Cove, amazing restaurants and coffee shops. Shoppers love the John's Pass Village in nearby Madeira Beach. Indian Shores is a barrier island with 2.65 miles of pristine beach has a very family friendly atmosphere. Indian Shores is a 40 minute drive from the Tampa Airport or 30 min from the St. Pete - Clearwater airport. There is also the Suncoast Beach Trolley that goes up and down the gulf beaches for $2.25 a ride or Unlimited Daily GO Card for $5.00. Go cards are available on the trolley. But the best part is 3 MINUTE WALK to the white sandy beach or 3 MINUTE WALK to the intercoastal waters The front door is equipped with a RING doorbell for your added security.
