Listing is for the entire Guest Suite; 2 bedrooms/bath &sm kitchen. Kitchen; frig, countertop oven, microwave, 2 burner ceramic cooktop, sink, coffee maker, cooking pans & utensils, dishes. Each bdrm has desk/workspace. High-Speed Wifi. **NOTE; We’re doing some misc upgrades , i.e. new kitchen cupboards, painting, replacing doors, etc., so there probably will be MINOR evidence of some type of 'work in progress' (an unpainted door or door trim removed, tiling, etc). Nothing that inconveniences guests.**. The home itself is warm, inviting, comfortable. Guests are able to come/go as & when they please-2nd fl. stairway is a few feet from the entry/front door of home Owners use back door/rear parking- guests use front door/front parking. Pets welcome. Dogs can be walked nearby. Off-street/street parking. Backyard; patio, BBQ grill/fire pit/+seating in summer. Good for visitors/students/business/healthcare travelers. ACs are programmable &we ask guests to use this function or pls shut off when leaving house for more than a brief amt of time. Guests have access to 2nd floor; both bedrooms, kitchen, bath. Guests are welcome to use front, side & backyard; seating, BBQ grill, etc. There are 2 bedrooms, kitchen & 1 bath on the main floor that are not accessible - the owners' - these are clearly sectioned off from the rest of the home. Very limited, if any interactions - certainly will, when possible, if requested by guest. Owners accessible via texts. Guest suite is entire 2nd floor/used only by Airbnb guests. Owner’s living space is on different floor/clearly separated. Centrally located-pretty much a 10 minute drive to anything on the edge of town while major destinations-downtown, hospital, grocery stores are abt 5 min. away & one can walk to the the downtown area -it's about 6 blocks . An older, primarily blue-collar working neighborhood. There are some older vehicles/trucks in the neighborhood, some neighbors have as many weeds as they do lawn & some houses in need of exterior maintenance - but it is a safe, neighborhood, conveniently located to highways and destinations & our listing is low priced for the amenities we have. The neighborhood houses date from 30s to 50s. We are within walking/biking distance from downtown, a bike path nearby, the North Platte River & 20 min. from Casper Mountain. One can find a walking/biking path or be on various highways within 5 min. Hospital is 5 min away. Grocery stores are also abt 5Min distance. Convenience store & city bus stop also within walking distance. Guests can park in front of the house on the street or if vehicle 16’ or less, gravel parking pad So. Side of house. Centrally located; 5 minute bike ride to downtown, 5 min. from I25 entrance/exit (at Poplar Street) and 5 min. from WY highway 220 connection and 35 min from Casper Mountain; ski area, camping, fishing, hiking. Walking/ Bike trails nearby to either downtown, a trail around the city golf course, or to the North Platte River. There is a City of Casper Bus Stop 2 blocks from the house. 5 min drive to downtown/hospital/groceries. 5Min; I-25 &Hwys 220/26 &257 *We are doing some maintenance, upgrades etc & landscaping at the house, i.e. new kitchen cupboards, repainting, replacing doors, new flower beds, etc., so there probably will be MINOR evidence of some type of 'work in progress' (an unpainted door or door trim removed etc). Nothing that inconveniences guests. House is very comfortable, has +amenities &our prices are low keeping this in mind. -We ask guests to pls shut off/turn on low setting the ACs if leaving house & if ACs are on to keep kitchen door closed & bdrm 2 (top of stairs) bdrm door closed. *We have 4 cats, who are allowed in/out of the house, except in the evening (6pm and later) *Pet fees for long term (over 4 days) billed weekly after reservation confirmation; $7 week per pet/ $25/month 1 pet, $40 month multiple pets. * Steps - there are 4 steps at the main entry of the house & the AIRBNB suite is on the 2nd floor - 13 steps.
