The space Cedar Wood Villa provides the following requirements:- 1) Superfast wifi 2) 2 King & 1 Queen size bedrooms 3) Living area with an electric fireplace 4) Modern & Functional kitchen with all amenities 5) A balcony and a terrace 6) An attached and a common bathroom 7) Sitting area in the attic 8) Parking area Guest access Guests will have access to their apartment and functional kitchen with all the amentities. Thi house also caters to the work from home worker professionals with high speed wifi. Other things to note No surprise policy for additional services. -The caretaker can help with the groceries so you don't have to step out for chores (You can tip him @50 per market round) -We like being fair and square, no hidden charges ever :) -If the staff brings you our attention time taking cleaning chores after you have left, we might request cleaning charges. House Rules:- Don't worry we don't have many~ 1) No loud music, hooting, shouting, screaming within as well as outside the premises after 10PM. 2) No pets are allowed. 3) No illegal activities in the property. 4) No extra guests are allowed. 5) Smoking should not be done in the property but in the balcony as the house is fully carpeted and it may cause damage. 6) Yes we know the weather calls for a cheers but please dont break crockery, furniture etc. when you are high. (it's happened a lot more than you expect and we might request payment for damages if any) 7) The caretaker is there to clean but utensils is not a part of his job description. ( A little bit of utensils is fine but please don't leave a pile of utensils for the poor caretaker, you are advised to tip in case you get him to do a lot of your utensils) 8) Request you to please leave the house not in a mess. 9) Please check out on time. (A lot of people take early morning buses and are waiting to get in, please support us in making sure no one has to wait more than promised. Late checkout will be charged at ₹1000 per hour) 10)Have fun and report any new ideas to us. Cheers!! *Important Note* Road to Cedar Wood Villa (4-6 mins stretch) is narrow and steep.For big vehicles/SUVs, some people might find difficult to reach to the property parking area ,so we don't take any responsibility of the road, we take only for the homestay. A skilled driver can easily bring the car to the property. you can bring the car or park it near Ashiana uphill in the paid parking or hire a local cab from there.
