Guest access -The hall on the ground floor (furnished with chairs, table and wall furniture) that gives access to the stairs and the first floor landing (travelers' accommodation) - The Area that is on the ground floor, is not currently available, because it is occupied to its full extent: A 'Pica-Pica 24 Hours' has been installed and the entire warehouse for your use. - From JUNE 2024, all guests of the 'chill out' Zone with magnificent views, located on the upper terrace of the house; equipped with toilet and outdoor shower with hot cold water; fridge, microwave oven and sink; spacious furniture, for up to 10 people; smart light bulbs and sound system controlled by Alexa. Suitable for 12 +. If there are minors of that age, you must always be accompanied by your parents/elders and be supervised at all times and at your own risk. The use and enjoyment of this area is exclusive to guests and is already included in the apartment price. Other things to note In relation to the restaurant: Bars, pizzerias and restaurants with breakfast/lunch service are open every day. On weekends (Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays) and holidays there are meals service to take in at least 3 establishments, all very close to this accommodation.
