The space It has WiFi and air conditioning in all rooms and is also soundproofed (windows and doors with 'climalit' glass). Located in the heart of the city center: in the middle of the Plaza Mayor where the Parish Church is also located; the Town Hall; The Casino Bar-Rte.; Pharmacy; Hairdresser; shops, etc… A few meters away, without going down the sidewalk, on Calle S. Vicente is the state's Tobacco Shop/Lottery and Betting Shops and Banks with ATMs on Calle Guillem Sorolla (parallel to Plaza Mayor) You can do outdoor activities such as: Cycling; mountain hiking trails and walking through the fields (See the attached Guide). Also nearby are the beaches of Cullera and Les Palmeres - Marenys, etc... about 10-15 minutes by car. Guest access -The entrance hall on the ground floor (furnished with chairs, table and wall cabinet) that gives access to the stairs and the landing of the first floor (guest accommodation) - The area on the ground floor is NOT currently available, because it is fully occupied: A '24-Hour Snack Bar' and the entire warehouse have been installed for its use. - From JUNE 2024, all guests will have access to the 'chill out' area with magnificent views, located on the upper terrace of the house; equipped with toilet and outdoor shower with hot-cold water; refrigerator, microwave oven and sink; spacious furniture, for a maximum of 10 people; smart LED spotlights and sound system controlled by Alexa. Suitable for ages 12 and up. If there are minors under that age, they must always be accompanied by their parents/guardians and be supervised at all times and under their responsibility. The use and enjoyment of this area is exclusive to guests and is already included in the apartment price. Other things to note Regarding dining: Bars, Pizzerias and Restaurants with breakfast/lunch service are open every day. On weekends (Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays) and holidays, there is takeaway food service at at least 3 establishments, all very close to this accommodation.
