THE AREA: Within walking distance of the beach, coffee shops, parks, marinas, and restaurants; within driving distance of museums, botanical gardens, Norfolk Waterside, and Oceanfront Virginia Beach. ARRIVAL: Enjoy plentiful parking for 4 vehicles. Walk up the stairs to the first of 3 house-wide decks to access convenient self check-in. Alarm system available for your comfort and security. INSIDE Your Home Away From Home: Surrounding the foyer is the master suite, two guest rooms and a second full bath. In the MASTER SUITE: an oasis multi-person shower, soaker tub, and 80 in. double sink vanity, AND adjustable California King bed, smart TV, recessed lighting, ceiling fan, and walk-out rear house-wide deck with access to the backyard. QUEEN GUEST ROOM with walk-in closet and smart TV. DOUBLE TWIN GUEST ROOM: French doors, closet, and two dressers. GUEST BATHROOM. All bathrooms do not disappoint; each with Kohler appliances and quartz countertops. On the 3rd level, more hotel-worthy living spaces with recessed lighting and fans. LIVING ROOM: three extra large couches, fireplace, games, books, and smart TV. DINING ROOM with large table, ocean view, and walk out to the 3rd house-wide deck -- perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Open living connects to a DREAM KITCHEN, dinette, and space for feeding pets. Attached LAUNDRY ROOM contains beach towels, detergent, and dryer sheets. French doors lead to the 4th deck with gas barbecue and outdoor table. Also on this level, a FULL BATHROOM and KING GUEST ROOM with dresser, night stands, and TV. Temperature controls for each separate floor can be found at the top and bottom of the stairwell. OUTDOOR: Play ring & hook, corn hole, or frisbee. Enjoy seating around the fire pit, or enjoy a shaded nap in the hammock - great for stargazing as well. For maximum ambiance, turn on the lighting in the backyard trees, under the deck, and throughout deck stairs. For pets: fenced in backyard includes protective netting for pet safety - preapproval and small pet fee required. We just ask that no more than 10 guests be on property at any time without prior approval. No moving furniture or a $200 fee. Thank you for keeping our house and furniture in lasting condition. Norfolk zoning permit #: ZP23-01143 Guest access The entire property is yours to explore except for the mailbox and first level garages. Driveway space for 4 cars. No parking on grass. Other things to note PETS: We are extremely pet friendly. Custom food bowls, hideaway closet nooks, and safety netting on fences were built into the house. Pet fee is $20/night/pet. Must be house-trained; no puppies allowed! Dogs must be supervised when in the backyard, and crated when left unattended inside - no weight limit. Any pet not pre-approved will incur a fine of double the pet fee per night. $50 pet waste fee will be applied if pets are not cleaned up after. Absolutely NO SMOKING in the house of any kind at anytime. We will impose a $500 fee upon check out if there is evidence of smoking. Please respect the house. While the home is CLEANED THOROUGHLY between stays, and air filters changed regularly, we do allow dogs and cats at the home. Those with severe allergies will need to consider our home’s suitability. TRAVEL INSURANCE: Please consider purchasing third party travel insurance. Our cancellation policy is firm.
