Very secure, private and scenic guesthouse casitas that are connected by a private Jack & Jill bath (stand up shower). One bedroom has a full-size bed and is set up strictly as a bedroom and the second bedroom has a twin bed (with an additional twin blowup mattress). The second room also has a new microwave and Keurig coffee maker along with a small dining table for work or games/puzzles that are provided. I have also provided an additional office chair. The rooms and the space are very cozy. The space You will have two covered parking spots if needed. Outdoor dining table is also accessible to my guests. The property is also secured by an automatic gate and if you prefer it to be shut at night, I can provide you with a remote. I am on an acre and a half so feel free to roam the property! Guest access I will provide you with a key upon arrival on the inside table along with the gate remote. Although they connect by a Jack and Jill bath inside, each casita has its own private, secured door to enter or exit each bedroom to the outside space. Although, the bathroom is in the middle of the two rooms, you DO NOT share with anyone else...only the people in your party have access. The bathroom is exclusive and private to you. Other things to note We are pet friendly but require a non-refundable deposit per pet, depending on type and size. Please inform me of the size, breed, if they are crated and if they will be left in the rooms unattended. I provide puppy waste bags for your convenience. The heat/air is installed in the "Master" room and in extreme temps, it may be necessary to leave both bathroom doors open when not in use for maximum comfort. I have also installed new ceiling fans and have an additional fan in the bathroom closet and an additional heater in the drawer under the games/puzzles. Finally, if you need more room for garbage, I have two containers by my side door off of my house on the other side of the carport from your casitas. Feel free to use the one closest to my house with the bag in it.
