Nice Place, Room 2

To make you feel at home. Nice place with 2 full bathrooms (one with bathtub), living room, dining room, kitchen (with full equipment and appliances). Garden and patio, with laundry (with washing machine). Towel and sheet services.  Wifi, Netflix and Claro TV Excellent connectivity, located in the Santa Rosa neighborhood, on Av. Raul Galán, 200 meters from public transport stops: buses, taxis, remises and shared taxi. Quick exit to Route 9 and 10 minutes from the main square. Guest access includes all the equipment for breakfast or snacks (electric kettle, tea, sugar). There are spaces to move around quietly, as the house is very comfortable and the rooms are also large. They have a nice garden and a patio to be able to make some grilled meats or whatever you like. During your stay I live next door to the house independently and I am at your disposal. Other things to note The house has a smart lock to enter the property. You will be given a card that you just place on the lock and it opens automatically, and also a code for the days you are staying, to avoid losing the card or if there are several of you, you will not have a single key to enter. You must take very good care of the card, as it is expensive, since it is digitized with the lock, the loss of it will have a value of 300 USD.
