Guesthouse in Miami

Keep it simple at our peaceful and centrally-located house. We hope this space provides you with the tranquility you need while you enjoy our beautiful Miami. Location-wise, you’ll be at the center of Miami: - 10 mins to Miami International Airport, Brickell, Coconut Grove, Little Havana, Calle 8 & Coral Gables - 15 mins to Edgewater & Wynwood - 20 mins to South Beach (with moderate traffic) The space Being a tiny apartment, our space has the perfect size for couples and we offer all of the below: - Self check-in - Private access - Parking spot in front of the unit - Equipped kitchen bar with essentials (mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and silverware) *Please note the unit does not have a sink, but we are always available to provide clean dishes as needed. Our house is located in a residential and quiet neighborhood, so we do want to let you know in advance that no parties or loud music will be allowed :) If you don’t plan to rent a car we also have public transportation nearby: - 3 min walk to the Trolley stop - 1 mile away from Coconut Grove metro station What else could you ask for?! We speak English, Spanish and Portuguese! Guest access Parking is located in the driveway, look out for the beautiful olive door! You can easily self check since we have a key-less lock. A personal code will be assigned and sent to you the day of the check in. Other things to note Please note that there is no kitchen sink or oven available :) The house is divided in 3, so there will be other guests in the adjacent units. We live in the same block so we will be available at all times.
