A peaceful sanctuary with its own entrance and private terrace. It is modern, spacious and fully- furnished with quality bedding making your journey extremely comfortable. Located 5 min off the M1, you’ll be in the Heart of the GC in just minutes. The space The Guestsuite is a private sanctuary with its own private entrance and exclusive covered Terrace with Tropical Garden and Swimming Pool view. Fully furnished and self contained with a 43” Smart TV, a queen bed, reversible split air-conditioning, hotel quality bed mattress and linen, 2x pillows per person, mirrored wardrobe, bar fridge, small dining table for 2-3 with chairs, toaster, capsule coffee machine, airfryer, sandwich press and a microwave. There is also all the dishes and necessary crockery for your convenience. Complimentary L’or coffee pods, selection of Teas, snacks and nibbles, salt, pepper, olive oil are available for our guests. We also supply quality towels, body wash,shampoo and conditioner. Additionally, we provide an hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and iron board. Important: Note the guest suite is suitable for a maximum of 2x adults. There is a convertible lounge chair/bed only available for a kid. * Note there is no cooking hot plate or traditional oven, nor laundry facility refer above description and photos for more details about inclusions. ***Available on request: - Small convertible single bed for kid (On request $30 additional fee) Important Information: - No party’s are allowed in the Studio. - Booked & Registered Guest only are allowed to access the Studio. Failure to meet these conditions will end up to immediate cancellation of the booking and Guest will be required to leave the Property. - Smoking allowed outside the room only - Swimming Pool and Spa area is strictly private (swimming pool access can be allowed ON REQUEST only) Guest access - Quiet street with lots of street parking available. (No parking allowed in the driveway or on the grass outside) - No access to common area of the House. - No access to Kitchen or Laundry. - Swimming Pool area is strictly PRIVATE (Swimming pool access can be allowed ON REQUEST ONLY and shared with owners. *** Note that SPA is for Private use of the owners only. - NO FILMING ALLOWED , it is a private property.
