Vintage Minimalist Cottage

This is a vintage, minimalist tiny home. Also it is the only Avett Brothers themed Airbnb that we know of:) They’re one of our favorite bands so this whole cottage is sort of tribute to them. We are walking distance from multiple restaurants and only a short 5 min drive from downtown! We have everything you need for a short or long stay with a fully functional kitchen, Wi-Fi, one bedroom and access to a large outdoor space and fire pit. The space One bedroom featuring a full size bed, one bathroom, kitchen with all the essentials for cooking and mixing cocktails, living room with two comfy chairs and a large couch. The yard directly in front of the house where the fire pit is located is available for use as well. Must provide your own materials for a fire (Lowe’s, Walmart and Home Depot are 5-10 minutes away and would have everything you need!) Guest access You’ll have the whole house to yourself. The yard is shared with my other house- please keep all outdoor activities to the firepit side of the yard (to your right when exiting from the front door of the cottage)
