Other things to note - House is 100% non-smoking. - Highchair and Pack n Play are available upon request. - Parties are NOT allowed! Sound sensors which are used to detect the intensity of sound, are installed in this home to prevent unauthorized events. Please, no loud music after 22:00. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. - We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a $70 flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these cases. - Pool is a swim spa - A combination of Hot tub and pool and it gets hot and jetted. - Pool Size is 14 feet long and 4.5 feet deep. - Pool will not be heated prior to your arrival. If you wish to heat the pool, you can do so when checking in. Please note it will take 2-3 hours for the water to heat. - During your stay, I can connect you with recommended high-quality professionals who provide in-home treatments such as massages, facial treatments or private dining with a private chef.
