Relaxing vacation for the whole family at our peaceful place. Very quiet neighborhood, 218 acre all sports lake. Some water toys included, fully furnished ready for your family vacation. This is an ideal space for Fourseason activities in the middle of the Huron national forest. Very large lot, over 140 feet of private beach frontage. Snowmobiling, cross country skiing, trail riding, four seasons fishing, close to Tawas Michigan. Fireplace with a wood-burning insert, outside fire pit. The space Three bedroom home with one full bath with stacking washer and dryer. Nice sunroom facing the lake as well as a good size deck with barbecue griddle facing the lake. We do have exterior cameras to protect your group and the property. You can launch your boat on the property which is only shared with the neighbor to the north who only use it twice a year to put their pontoon in and take their pontoon out. Very nice firepit outside for roasting marshmallows or hotdogs. Generous lot size, 1 1/2 acres of pine trees and oaks. The attached garage and the outside garage are not included in the rental. We just added four zero gravity loungers for the beach. Guest access The property is over 1.5 acres the majority of it is mature white pines and oaks. There is a circular driveway through the property towards the road. Lots of room to park vehicles or park a trailer for snowmobilers or ATV riders. Space has well water with softener which is great for the washer dryer, dishwasher and shower needs. We do have a septic system and we ask that only waste and toilet paper be flushed down the toilet‘s as to not damage the system. Other things to note The space is located within the Huron national forest. Located 10 miles from Tawas a well known tourist destination. You will encounter different animals including but not limited to loons, squirrels, deer, turkeys, ducks, geese, egrets and even the occasional bald eagle. There is fishing off the dock or if it’s winter good ice fishing out on the lake. If you’re opposed to wildlife or even the occasional spider or bird poop please consider this before booking this property as it is again in the Huron national forest on a chain of seven Lakes.
