Located in a calm Little Havana spot, west to downtown Miami, but close to Calle 8 and the vibrant Little Havana center. You’ll find quality restaurants, music and cultural activities. We'll give you a code to our smartlock and you can self-check-in anytime after 4:00 PM. Check out time until 11:00 AM. Other things to note Please note: -Building does not have elevator. It is only two floors. -Our units are pet friendly. An extra $225 refundable (per pet) will be charged to cover any type of eventual damage. Likewise, a non-refundable $99 pet cleaning fee will be requested that must be paid before the check in. Guest pets must be always leashed when outside of the unit (visitor pets included). -The unit does not include a washer or dryer on-site. A coin laundry service is less than two blocks away. -If there are any special requests (additional person, early check-in, etc), please let us know in advance and we will do our best. - We ask that guests be considered with noise levels. At all times, loud music is forbidden, and quiet hours are strictly enforced. - Parties are not allowed on the promises. - Use of illegal substances within units is prohibited. Security cameras on premises. We will try not to interfere with your stay, but if you need anything from us, please let us know.
